Before founding Blok Capital, Ari worked in technology and startups, bringing a data-driven, operational mindset to real estate. He personally oversees every acquisition, leads investor relations, and sets the strategic direction for the firm. Ari holds a degree from UC Berkeley and is deeply committed to San Francisco's housing market.
